The nasal spray Otrimer it is one 100% natural isotonic solution of sea water without preservatives.

Otrimer is recommended for: 
Cleanses the nasal cavities in case of a stuffy nose, for example in case of cold or allergy, removing excess mucus or allergenic particles, such as dust or pollen.
Moisturizes the nasal mucosa when it is dry or irritated in case of mild nasal irritations or due to low humidity (for example due to room heating / air conditioning, high altitude, air travel)
It liquefies and dissolves nasal secretions helping to remove them.

Which Otrimer should I choose?

• Otrimer Breathe Clean KIDS (Mild Spray): is specially designed for babies and small children. The shape of the nasal nozzle adapts to the nose of children up to 6 years old. It is also suitable for adults. Its gentle spray allows gentle and careful flushing of stuffy and runny noses. This spray can also be used to keep the nasal passages moist.
• Otrimer Breathe Clean Aloe vera (Moderate Spray): it is suitable for adults and children over 6 years old. Contains natural Aloe Vera powder, known for its soothing and moisturizing properties. Its nasal nozzle adapts to the shape of the nose of older children (over 6 years) and adults. The spray pressure allows for a gentle and careful flushing of stuffy and runny noses. This spray can also be used to keep the nasal passages moist.
• Otrimer Breathe Clean (Strong Spray) : is suitable for adults only and is specifically applied to rinse the nose in case of severe nasal congestion. OTRIMER nasal spray (strong spray) offers 4 times stronger spray than the Otrimer with Aloe Vera (moderate spray).

Components
Medical device
Sea water and clean water. Without preservatives. In addition, the Otrimer with Aloe Vera contains extra Aloe Vera powder.
Nitrogen is added as an inert propellant to the pressurized package. The propellant does not come into contact with the solution.
Nasal sprays Otrimer available in 100ml packages.

Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredients list).
Do not use the product if it is damaged or broken.

Before using it Otrimer after a surgery or a wound in the nose consult your doctor.

Thanks to its disinfectant properties, the Otrimer recommended to be used first when using another topical nasal product (eg for colds or allergic rhinitis).
The Otrimer can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before use, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

How Otrimer is used 
The usual frequency of use is 1 to 2 sprays per day in each nostril.
If necessary, the product can be used as often as needed.

Otrimer with Aloe Vera (moderate spray) is suitable for adults and children over 6 years of age. For children under 11 years of age, OTRIMER with Aloe Vera is recommended to be used under adult supervision.

In the elderly or people who are unable to use the product on their own, using the product may require help from an adult.
If the product is used according to the instructions for use, Otrimer nasal spray is well tolerated.
For hygiene reasons and to avoid infection, nasal spray should be used by only one person.

Usage
1. Blow your nose, if necessary.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using Otrimer.
3. Remove the protective spray cap.
4. If the spray has not been used for a long time, activate it by spraying it once in the air before use. In case the nozzle is clogged, clean it by putting it under hot running water and wipe it with a clean cloth.
5. For children who cannot use the product on their own: Have the child lie on his back with his head turned to one side so that the liquid can flow more easily.
For children and adults who can use the product on their own: Tilt your head forward, tilted to one side, so that it is as horizontal as possible.
Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for a short time (6-2 seconds).
7. Then tilt your head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
8. Allow the product to act for a few seconds. Do not blow your nose for these seconds but wipe it if necessary.
9. Then blow your nose if necessary.
10. After each use, clean the nozzle by placing it under hot running water, wiping it with a clean cloth and reinstalling the protective cap.
11. Clean the nozzle with warm water.
