High power effervescent tablets Echinacea added vitamin C and zinc. Echinacea purpurea, also known as purple conflower, is widely used worldwide. It is one of those herbs, for which there are many references to the scientific literature on both its active substances and its action mechanism. Echinacea is rich in important phytochemicals active ingredients. The main ones are the organic compounds with the phenyl ring (organic phenol compounds) comprising the echinacoside (caffeic acid derivative), the chicoric acid (in particularly high concentration in Echinacea purpurea in comparison with other species), the chlorogenic acids and cynarin. It should be noted that the chemical analysis of E.Purpurea revealed the presence of other active ingredients, but only the organic phenol compounds associated with the activity of herbs and should be used for the titration of the final product.
