USAGE

Use it twice a day. Particularly effective when used morning and night after brushing.

• Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons of 5ml) into a glass, rinse your teeth and gums for 30 seconds and spit it out.
• Use 10 ml for children aged 6 to 12 years.
