Nature's Plus Vitamin A 10000 IU water disperible is a dietary supplement with vitamin A in the form of dispersible tablets.

Vitamin A consists mainly of carotenoids, beta-carotenes which have antioxidant activity in the body, protecting it from the action of free radicals. It is a fat-soluble vitamin for this and of course it is found in fatty foods.

Instructions of use

It is recommended to be taken after a fatty meal for better absorption. 1 tablet per day

Contraindications

Contraindicated in pregnant women, people addicted to alcohol (risk of hepatotoxicity) and concomitant use of medication (retinoids) against acne.

Side effects

An overdose of Vitamin A (> 25,000 IU) per day may damage the liver and cause generalized toxicity accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue, dermatitis, bone pain, nausea, skin pigmentation (orange peel), dry eyes and dry eyes.

Cautions
