The japanese mint, also known as Perilla or Shiso, is an aromatic, sweet-tasting herb used for centuries in many Asian countries. The oil derived from its seeds, after a special process, has a high nutritional value. Quercetin is a valuable substance found on the outer skin of fruits and vegetables. It belongs to the family of flavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants. Vitamins C and D3 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.*

Directions to use: Take 1 capsule, preferably after meal, as a food supplement, or take as directed by your doctor.
